Louis James Re-Signs!

Coventry Rugby is thrilled to announce the re-signing of Louis James, ahead of the 2023/24 season.

The quick-footed winger came through the Senior Academy at the club, and, since making his debut, has become an integral part of Alex Rae’s senior squad, picking up the CTT Player of the Month award in February.

Speaking about his decision to re-sign with the club, James said “I’m always incredibly proud to represent this club, and I’m looking forward to next year. The team have been brilliant all season, and it’s been nice to contribute to some winning performances. ” 

Head Coach, Alex Rae is looking forward to seeing the winger further develop at Butts Park; “Louis is someone who is improving all the time and we believe that will only continue. He’s got really good natural ability and is a good person around the group, and with some players moving on its a great opportunity for him to grow now. ” 

Everyone at Coventry Rugby is looking forward to seeing more of Louis in the Blue and White next season!
