Social 7’s – Update

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the ‘Party On The Pitch – Social 7’s’, at Butts Park Arena, scheduled for Saturday 30^th July, will not be taking place.  

Coventry Rugby, alongside the event sponsors, Samoan Joes were very much looking forward to the inaugural event, which would have been a showcase of local rugby talent with a fun, party atmosphere. However, due to a number of teams unfortunately having to withdraw from the competition, and very little time to ensure replacement teams, we have been forced to cancel the event.  

All teams that were scheduled to play have been notified, and any pre-booked ticket holders for the event have been fully refunded.  

We are disappointed that event will not go ahead as planned, however, due to the positive reaction to the idea of a 7’s tournament at Butts Park Arena, we look to hold a similar event in the near future.
