We are delighted to welcome Cornish Pirates to Butts Park Arena on 29th January 2022 for our Championship Fixture – Sponsored by XL Motors.
Things you need to know:
· Gates open at 12pm, kick off at 3pm
· Card payment ONLY at all bars and the club shop.
· COVID-19 at Butts Park Arena – Despite the recent changes in Covid-19 guidelines we encourage Masks and Face Coverings are to be worn indoors at all times unless eating and drinking. Due to our ground capacity of 3,999 and Government Guidelines there is no need for supporters and guests to display a Covid Passport however we would recommend fans complete a Lateral Flow Test prior to coming to the ground.
Arrival and gate info:
· Address: Butts Park Arena, Butts Road, Coventry, England, CV1 3GE
· Time: Gates open at 12pm, kick off at 3:00pm
· Hospitality arrival: Please can all guests joining us in the Platinum Marquee arrive for 12:30pm with food being served at 1pm.
Millerchip Hospitality: Doors to open at 1pm with Food served at 1:30pm
Askews Lounge Members: Food will be served at 2pm
Gate Info:
· Hospitality and Standing Ticket holders please use Gate A
· Seated Tickets and Askews Platinum Members please use the Main Turnstile Entrance.
Food and drink:
· We have a range of food and drink outlets located around the ground with our famous Coventry BBQ, Pizza Oven, Guinness Bar and fresh Coffee Van.
· In the Jon Sharp Bar we are delighted to have a Westlers Hotdog Stand as well as Fresh Tea and Coffee.
· A polite reminder that guests are not permitted to bring any food or drink inside the stadium.
You are permitted glassware until 2:30pm as well as after the game. During the match you will be required to use plastic cups – these can be found at all bars.
Post-match entertainment:
Butts Park Arena resident band ‘The Reward’ will be performing in the Millerchip Bar after the game so please do stick around and carry on your evening with us all at Coventry Rugby.
