Coventry Rugby is thrilled to announce the re-signing of Ollie Betteridge, ahead of the 2023/24 season.
The powerful centre came through the Senior Academy at the club, and since making his debut has cemented himself into Alex Rae’s senior squad, picking up the CTT Player of the Month award for his performances in November of 2022.
Speaking about his decision to re-sign with the club, Betteridge said “I’m really happy to have re-signed. We have a great squad with lots of ambition, and I can’t wait to be a part of it next season!”
Head Coach Alex Rae is one of many who is pleased the centre has put pen to paper on a new deal; “It’s great to have Ollie on board, he’s made really good strides this year and will be fighting it out with the other centres again next season. He’s a good person and there’s still a lot more to come from him which is exciting.”
