
Coventry Rugby kick off the New Year with a home clash against Cornish Pirates at the Butts Park Arena on Thursday 1 January. With a full afternoon of rugby, live music, food and drink, and plenty of activity around the ground, supporters are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy everything on offer.
Gates Open: 12:00
The gates and ticket office open at midday, giving fans plenty of time to soak up the matchday atmosphere. The Askews Lounge and the Tutors & Exams Platinum Marquee will be open for hospitality guests, alongside food and drink outlets and the club shop.
To help celebrate the New Year, the first 250 supporters can redeem a FREE cup of mulled wine from the Food Corner, while kids can collect a FREE miniature rugby ball.
Live Music & Pre-Match Build-Up
Music gets underway before kick-off with Barnsy – Old School, New Styles, helping to build the pre-match buzz around the stadium.

The action gets underway at 3pm as Coventry Rugby take on Cornish Pirates in what promises to be a competitive Champ Rugby encounter at the Butts Park Arena.
Post-Match Entertainment
Following the final whistle, supporters can continue the afternoon with live music from The Last Credits in the Jon Sharp Suite from 17:00, keeping the matchday atmosphere going into the early evening.
