There is going to be a packed afternoon at Butts Park Arena this Saturday for the final home game of 2019!

Nottingham are visiting in Round 7 of the Greene King IPA Championship, and with the teams separated by just one place and three points in the league table there is everything to play for in the chase for the top four and a bounce in momentum going into the New Year.



Turnstiles, shop and bars open

Everyone who comes into the turnstiles before 3pm wearing a Christmas jumper will receive a voucher for a pint or soft drink from the main bar on us!

Youngsters from Earlsdon RFC, Sherbourne Fields School and Project:500 will be having on-pitch activities


Kick off between Coventry and Nottingham


Presentations on the main pitch and kicking competition to feature young players from local clubs

The party continues in the Jon Sharp Bar with live music, and the bars will remain open!


The on-pitch activities and stadium tours are part of the Coventry Rugby Foundation’s Takeover Day. The Foundation has been expanding its activities rapidly over the last few months, with Wheelchair Rugby, Project:500 and Reading and Rugby just three programmes to be using rugby to inspire young people and the wider community in the city of Coventry.

Donations can be given across Butts Park throughout the day. Thank you in advance for your generosity, and a special thanks to Robinson Manufacturing Ltd (Wheelchair Rugby) and Charter Savings Bank (Reading and Rugby) for their continued support.


Season Ticket Holders who book a ticket in advance for a friend (usual advance prices apply) before 5pm on Friday will receive a voucher for a pint of beer or soft drink on us! You have to book in person at the ticket office (remember to bring your Season Card!) or over the phone by calling 02476 231001. This offer is NOT available on match day.
