We’ve had a late change to this Friday night’s scheduled Under-18s fixture. Unfortunately, Cambridge Rugby U18s have had to withdraw after being unable to raise a side. However, we’re delighted to confirm that Coventry Rugby Academy U18s will now take on Jamaica U18s under the lights at Butts Park Arena, with kick-off at 20:00 on Friday 30th January.

Recent Academy Action – Building Momentum
The Coventry Rugby Academy U18s have enjoyed an impressive run of form through January, combining attacking flair with growing resilience and depth. Their most recent outing saw a dominant 76–17 victory over Nottingham Rugby Academy, with both forwards and backs contributing to an emphatic performance. Four players made their U18 debuts on the night, all stepping up confidently in a display that underlined the squad’s strength and momentum.
Earlier in the month, Coventry recorded a composed 34–10 win over Hartpury College, controlling the contest with disciplined structure and clinical execution, before a hard-fought 19–19 draw away to Ealing Trailfinders. After leading early and falling behind, the Academy showed real character to fight back late and secure a deserved share of the points – a result that set the tone for a promising start to the season.
