This exciting partnership highlights ATD Coventry’s commitment to supporting the development of rugby talent across the West Midlands, while also strengthening their association with one of the region’s most historic clubs.
Academy Manager Matt Jones emphasised the importance of ATD Coventry’s support in driving growth and opportunity:

The Coventry Rugby Academy continues to expand at pace, with over 400 young players now part of the programme, alongside the thriving Post-16 Education partnerships at Barr’s Hill in Coventry and St Regis in Wolverhampton. These pathways are giving young players the chance to develop their game, access quality education, and aspire to professional rugby careers.
This season, the progress of the Academy has already been showcased, with senior academy players making appearances for the Coventry first team in pre-season fixtures – a clear demonstration of the talent and hard work being nurtured.
