Coventry RFC Delivery Policy

How much does it cost?

Any tickets sold will be posted by royal mail the evening after order. This cost is included in the ticket price. However this may be refused under certain circumstances and at peak times.

A Standard Delivery charge of £8.99 inc VAT is added to all orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire). On all non ticket items

Overseas delivery may be arranged by prior agreement and notice of an appropriate delivery charge upon which you agree to before the order is processed.

How long does it take?

Items ordered on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3 business days (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm. Our standard delivery charge does not provide for next day delivery, however every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this.

Coventry RFC, like many online companies, experience busy trading periods, typically the weekends. It is at these times that you may experience a delay of a day or two before receiving your order. We can assure you though that every possible effort is made to process and ship your order on time.

Coventry RFC relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ with delivery dates, there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Coventry RFC will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.

Who do we use?

Orders addressed within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands are sent by Royal Mail. If a courier is used we use Business Post.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery

If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0870 750 9100. We will contact City Link and call you back to let you know what's happening.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on 0870 750 9100 or e-mail: within 7 days of delivery.
