Coventry Rugby Football Club has announced player news regarding the existing squad and their respective movements. The club feels it is important to keep Coventry supporters informed of these details.

Aaron Takarangi  Aaron has not been offered a new playing contract.

Alun Wyn-Davies  Alun has not been offered a new playing contract.

Ben Russell  Ben has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Ben Toft  Ben has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Carl Rimmer Carl has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Darren Clayton Darren has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Dave Campton Dave has decided to focus more on his business and felt he needed a club that trained on a part-time basis. Dave has decided on a move to the Pertemps Bees.

Donovan Sanders  Donovan has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Duncan James Duncan has not been offered a new playing contract.

Ed Binham Ed has not been offered a new playing contract.

George Dixon George has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Hendry Rheeders Hendry still had a year to run on a two year contract; however Hendry has decided he wants to end his playing career at Coventry and has re-signed a new two year deal with the club.

Henno Venter Henno still has a year to run on a two year contract.

Ian Nimmo Ian has major aspirations to play for Scotland and felt he needed to be in front of the Scottish selectors on a weekly basis. Ian has decided on a move to Edinburgh Rugby.

John O'Connor  John has decided to go back home to Ireland for personal reasons.

Keiran Geraghty  Keiran felt he needed to look for a fresh challenge and has decided to move to the Exeter Chiefs.

Kurt Johnson  Kurt has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Louie Tonkin Louie has not been offered a new playing contract.

Michael Walls Michael has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Myles Dorrian Myles has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Niall Treston  Niall has decided to go back home to Ireland for personal reasons.

Richard Protherough Richard will carry on playing for Coventry but is starting a new role within the club of coaching a new junior side.

Richard Siveter Richard has not been offered a new playing contract.

Rudi Brits  Rudi has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Sam Montague  Sam has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Stuart Friswell  Stuart has signed a new two year deal with the club.

Tom Johnson Tom felt he needed to look for a fresh challenge and has decided to move to The Exeter Chiefs.
