Nathan, an ex-England U19 and former Leicester Tigers Extra, joins for his third season at Coventry.

Having overcome a spinal problem which threatened his career, the 25 year old came back strong and has since been called up for England Counties. He joined the XV team to tour Canada and American in the summer of 2008 before re-joining Coventry for a second season.

Coventry Rugby Director, Phil Maynard comments, “Before injuring his wrist late last season, Nathan was playing some outstanding rugby. He’s now fully recovered and ready to finish what he started and should make a good impression in the Championship”.

Also re-signed is fly-half and backs coach, Tommy Hayes from New Zealand.

The 33 year old Cook Islands international is a talented player as well as an experienced coach. He has had significant input into a number of clubs including Glasgow, Worcester and Bristol as well as local rivals, Moseley.

Tommy will join the rest of the coaching team to continue the improvements he began last season.

Jones and Hayes join former team mates Ben Russell, Henno Venter, Kurt Johnson, Lee Parry, Rob Dugard, Sam Herrington, Jamie Miller, Ollie Winter and Ben Pons alongside Richie Bignell, Arthur Brenton, James Hall, James Lewis, Louis McGowan, Aaron Carpenter, Phil Mackenzie, Mike Walls, Richard Sweeney, Ross McMillan, Scott Roberts, Kevin Davis, Pale Toelupe and Romain Plantey and Chris Lewis.

 Ends.
